FOLLOW-UP REVIEWED CHANGES TO THE FACILITY'S OPERATIONAL PRACTICES. THE WALK-IN COOLER WAS REORGANIZED TO ENSURE RAW ANIMAL PRODUCTS ARE SEPARATED FROM READY-TO-EAT FOODS. IN ADDITION, PREPPED VEGGIES WERE PROPERLY STORED IN COOLERS.
FOOD STORAGE ACTIVITIES MEET CODE. LATEX GLOVES ARE REMOVED AND NITRILE GLOVES ARE BEING USED. |
